"No items, no support, just a charge..."
I've gotten stuff from them before and it was always top-notch. But I made an order on August 29th and it still hasn't shown up. They took my money too. I've reached out via email a couple of times, sent a text, and even tried calling today. The phone number is out of service. I'm really bummed out. They had awesome products for little dogs, but right now, it feels like they just took my cash. Ugh......

"I purchased a harness"
I purchased a harness. It's been 5 days since they charged my card, and still no harness, no updates...no shipping info. They won't pick up the phone, so basically, they took my cash and I got nada. AVOID THIS PLACE or you might as well just hand over your money for zilch. Very unhappy customer.

"Terrible support for customers"
Absolutely terrible support for customers. My elderly mother was informed that returns aren’t allowed—can’t you see the big, bold red text on the site?! Mind your language; there’s no need to act rude. If returns aren’t an option, that’s okay, but let’s keep it civil.

"West Highland Coat from Dinky Dog Club"
I bought a coat for my Westy from Dinky Dog Club. Sadly, it didn’t fit right, but returning it was a breeze. I got a prepaid label, and my refund was sorted out quickly. I’d definitely suggest this site to anyone looking for a dog coat that might just do the trick!

"Fantastic Outfits for My Pup"
I'm really into their clothing options. We have a tiny Shih Tzu weighing 9 lbs, so it can be tricky to find stylish outfits that actually fit. Dinky Dog offers a wonderful variety of cute clothes that I enjoy putting on my little girl to flaunt her. The matching leashes are an awesome extra. Plus, the order gets handled and sent out quickly. Big thanks to Dinky Dog Club!

I really appreciated how easy it was to navigate and keep tabs on my order. The shopping experience was nice, but I do wish there were more clothing options available since what I found was super cute and I was hoping for a wider variety :)

We are really amazed by this company. They kept us updated through emails about our order, the quality of the dog outfits is top-notch, and the delightful extras that came with the package were just the cherry on top. The wrapping was super cute, plus there were treats and a sweet little note. I'm totally in love with this company and can't wait to place more orders!

"I had my doubts about the harness fitting..."
I had my doubts about the harness fitting my little pup since he’s not here yet, but they got back to me right away, saying returns wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t fit. The two orders I made were shipped fast and arrived in no time. I’ll definitely buy from them again when I need to.

This product is fantastic... but sadly, they don’t offer a size that fits Lola. She has a 7-inch neck and an 11-inch girth, weighing in at 3.5 lbs. I opted for the xxs, and it fits alright—not super snug, but it’ll do the trick!!!!
